Located in a convenient area, the hotel is close to various bars, restaurants, and shops, while also being near the office area and a bus stop. Rooms are clean and comfortable, complete with all necessary amenities. Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and pool area from the large balconies. the hotel's staff is very welcoming and always willing to help. Breakfast is included and is reportedly quite delicious.
Some guests have reported that the Wi-Fi service is weak in the rooms, requiring them to go to the office area for internet access.

Location was good and the staff was friendly! A bus stop nearby was an extra bonus. Some of our favorite spots such as Palazzo Durante were adjacent to the hotel. We strongly recommend this venue, it was a relaxing stay.
Nothing, all great.

The beach is really near. The coffee for breakfast is excellent.
Although the beach is near, the swimming pool was closed. The staff was friendly but forgot to hand us back our ID cards when we left.

A nice hotel and a good base for visiting the region. The resort itself is not great so would not recommend unless you have a car for getting around.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect – right on the beach and close to the bus stop for easy transportation. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a clean and spacious pool area. The staff was polite, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.
Nothing, all was good.

The staff spoke English fluently, the coffee in the morning was "real" from the coffee machine. The view was perfect above the Promenade and on the Ionian sea. In late Sept there were little tourists.Definitely value for money.
The pool was closed during our stay in late Sept.

We ordered a large room with a big terrace for special price but were amazed to get the room that it was nearly no place to pass between a bed and other furniture, exactly like a regular room on the picture of the hotel. when we asked about the room that we reserved we got the answer that we can cancel the reservation because that is the room !. Only after we said that we'll write to Booked.net about and so on, we've got the room that we've seen on the site when reserved it.

good breakfast and clean room
We had a weekend stay at a hotel with good breakfast and the room was clean. The hotel was located near the beach and it was easy to find restaurants nearby. Another plus was that we could rent sun beds and umbrellas.
They did not speak much English and were slow to respond to our requests. the room was quite small and we did not have a sea view as we had hoped for.

Availability to the beach and a swimming pool
We were given a disabled room over the entrance to the car park and the bar was almost always closed without the possibility of snacks etc during the day and early evening. The hotel was also split in half with part being guests and the other being residential
